Today’s topic is something we can all put a little bit more time and energy into on a daily basis, and that is generating more positivity! After the first week or two after New Year’s it can be easy to feel that dip in inspiration and hopefulness, especially if you’re also experiencing a sunless canadian winter like us! So Matt and I are happy to share how we try to add and seek more positivity in our daily routines and lives! Join us as we chat about:

• The energy you put out, good or bad, is easily reflected back to you and vice versa.
• Recognizing your physical environment as a way to mentally reset.
• The positive energy that comes from moving your body.
• Who you’re interacting and spending your time with.
• Being intentional with the kinds of media you do or don’t consume.
• Practical tips on generating good energy through gratitude and “joy lists.”
