Bringing you some softer vibes with a deeper topic on today’s episode as I chat about the healing journey after loss. This is something that hits close to home for me, and recently with a few of my dear friends, so I thought I would take the time to share the things I focused on and the tools that helped me to navigate those moments as gently and kindly as possible.This can apply to a variety of forms of pain or loss you may be experiencing and I hope it meets you where you are! Here is what I get into:

• Listening to your body as well as your soul when it comes to allowing yourself stillness
• Being mindful of energy draining activities and leaning into nourishing habits, like movement and sleep.
• The importance of “feeling the feels” and releasing those built up emotions therapeutically, whether physically or through journaling.

There is so much value in practicing and keeping these tips in your back pocket when those harder moments or days can sneak up on you out of nowhere. Remember to take it one step at a time and show yourself tons of grace and support!
