I Was Disabled from Instagram for a Week... Here's What I Learned

Allison Arruda

Well you know what they say, when it rains, it pours! This week on the podcast I’m sharing this experience that tested my mindset, challenged my business tools, and deepened my appreciation for community: all from losing access to my Instagram account for seven days.

While it started as a frustrating and unexpected disruption, this detour offered powerful reminders about the importance of ownership, resilience, and the relationships we build around us. I’m walking you through the mindset shift, the tangible action steps I took, and how I found my way back more connected and clearer than ever!

Tune in to hear more about:
• Why it’s critical to own your platforms, and how to prioritize your podcast, website, email list, and more.
• The importance of nurturing a community that can lift you during tough seasons, personally and professionally.

• How investing in rooms that stretch you can lead to the right opportunities when you need them most
• Navigating self-doubt and staying grounded through mindset work.
• Practical ways to protect your social platforms and prepare for the unexpected

Let this episode be your reminder that when things feel shaky, growth is often just around the corner! I’d love to know if you’ve been through the same experience and what you learned! Shoot me a DM on @AlliArruda
